Jenny has a background of conducting reviews of organisation performance, culture and service quality and advising on strategic issues in the management of people and change.

Prior to her consultancy career, she spent ten years as MD of a respected Training and HR business in Wiltshire. She has worked with a wide range of private and public sector organisations, gaining a breadth of experience which informs her work today.
