An associate for Richmond Castle, Hatty has explored many areas of organisational development and effectiveness, both as an in-house specialist and latterly as an external consultant to small, medium and large organizations across a number of sectors.

After obtaining an MSc in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck, London, Hatty's approach has evolved a 'whole systems' flavour, working with clients to understand the complete way in which the different aspects of their organisations work together, and what is happening at root cause level.

Typical client projects include deep diagnostics/analysis, current and future culture definition/design, strategy development, organizational structures and design, leadership and individual coaching and business management frameworks.

When not at work, Hatty indulges her fairly new obsession with swimming and much less new passions for gardening, reading and large motorcycles.
